Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret Design Briefs: Collaborate with salespersons and clients to fully understand their vision and needs. Develop and refine artwork concepts that align with their requirements.
• Create Artwork: Utilize industry-leading design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, Corel Draw) to craft detailed signage shop drawings and structures.
• Prepare and Finalize Artwork: Ensure artwork is prepared to the highest standards for production and printing.
• Coordinate Production: Work closely with the production team to ensure the final product matches the artwork specifications.
• Conduct Quality Checks: Oversee the production process and perform thorough quality checks on final products to ensure they meet client specifications and expectations.
• Manage Projects: Juggle multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines, ensuring top‑notch design quality and precision.
• Collaborate with Teams: Engage with marketing, sales, and product development teams to maintain a unified brand message and ensure cohesive design integration.
• Incorporate Feedback: Be responsive to feedback and revisions to refine and perfect designs, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: A recognized diploma or degree in Graphic Design is preferred and will be considered advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the signage industry is highly desirable.
