Job summary

A leading global sports marketing agency seeks a Golf Coordinator based in Singapore. The candidate will provide administrative support to executives, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing proposals, and managing office systems. The ideal candidate has 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a collaborative environment, as employees work on-site four days a week.

Golf Coordinator
The Role And What You’ll Do
  • Assist EVP and other S/VPs with travel requirements, including obtaining trip approval and booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Assist EVP and other S/VPs with expenses and claims from work trips, local meetings, and medical claims.
  • Help set up meetings by determining the best time, sending invitations, and booking rooms.
  • Draft emails and letters to key stakeholders—government officials, tour officials, clients, and colleagues.
  • Provide assistance in preparing sales proposals.
  • Coordinate creative workflow for APAC golf requests.
  • Coordinate market research with the Endeavor Analytics team for APAC golf requests.
  • Assist in the sales process by researching businesses, arranging meetings with potential entities, and sending follow‑up notes and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain office systems, including data management of work documents to be disseminated promptly (e.g., World Tour schedule, weekly/quarterly reports).
  • Coordinate travel with country heads and the Golf division.
  • Travel for regional events as required; specific responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
  • Book familial personal travel for EVPs traveling with them, including visa applications, flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
  • Maintain proper records of important personal documents.
You Have These
  • 2 years of relevant administrative experience is preferred.
  • Professional, detail‑oriented, motivated, and proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with financial matters.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Willingness to travel (preferred).
