The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in international transportation, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development within the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years experience in international transportation, especially in wind power logistics.
• Strong understanding of wind energy markets, including offshore projects and vessel allocation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for the BD team based on alignment with management.
• Lead BD team to secure business opportunities and meet targets.
• Forecast and analyze local market conditions to optimize opportunities.
