Global Trade & Working Capital offers financing and risk mitigation products to our global clients. Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is one of the fastest growing products CFO’s, Treasurers, and CPO’s leverage to unlock working capital to grow their business organically or through M&A. J.P. Morgan has made a number of recent strategic and resourcing investments, as the SCF business has been identified as a core focus area within the Payments group.

The Asia Pacific Supply Chain Finance Program Management team is seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for a portfolio of active supply chain finance programs within our large corporate customer segment. This individual will take ownership for the end-to-end execution of each assigned program and will be responsible for driving asset and revenue ramp through the identification of both organic and strategic growth opportunities. The Senior Associate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as with both internal and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contribute revenue generation via SCF program ramp and supplier enrollment while supporting the client’s ability to achieve their own organizational objectives
  • Identify roadblocks, opportunities, and recommend strategies for each client’s program to achieve optimal success and serve as primary point of contact, internally and externally, to handle program execution, day-to-day communication and expansion locally, regional and cross‑regional with clients
  • Work closely with Trade Sales on prospecting and origination of new business opportunities via sales calls, client visits, and request for proposals, and with cross‑functional stakeholders to facilitate requests and inquiries, with product delivery team and external counterparty for program implementation and procedure design
  • Develop appropriate project strategies, supplier onboarding strategies, and implementation approaches based on customer requirement and regulatory guidelines across APAC markets
  • Leverage AI tools and existing internal systems, collaborate with supplier sales and sales team across different countries to ensure program performance, track metrics, manage supplier enrollment performance success
  • Work with different regions to deliver projects that enhance SCF program efficiencies, improve customer experience, support third‑party platform/vendors integration/collaborations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years financial services experience required
  • Self‑starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables while remaining conscious of timing sensitivities with strong sense of ownership, communication and analytic skills, work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Preferred familiarity with or exposure to Trade Finance, Working Capital, and Supply Chain Finance solutions, Sales and Credit background is preferred
