A global technology enterprise is looking for a Global Retail Operations Specialist based in Singapore. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to optimize retail operations and create a seamless experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, good communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Dyson is on a journey to optimize our retail network and deliver a world class omni retail experience. Through effective cross collaboration with multiple functions, the role of Retail Operations is to create and deliver seamless experience to the Dyson shopper.
We are looking for adynamic, driven and motivated individual, who is passionate about retail and the customer experience. Partnering with the Sales and Operations teams in the market, this role will support the delivery of a global operating model, focusing on front of house. This includes daily routines, store tools and service-related processes to support the markets in delivering top line growth, whilst driving efficiencies and consistency across our operation.
In addition, this role will support the planning and delivery of various end to end strategic initiatives, collaborating with the markets to optimise the execution.
The Global Retail Operations Specialist will support the Global Retail Operations Manager, focusing on Top 10 stores and fast-growing markets. The individual whilst focusing on Own and Operated and Partner stores will be expected to share best practice, and ideas with Indirect.
Experience in retail operations or store environment, ideally in multiple markets or retail related functions;
Customer and Retail Mindset. Ability to place the customer in the centre of everything we do;
Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with confidence;
Action orientated with a delivery mindset;
Strong communication skills to interact and influence peers in markets;
Detail mindset with strong organisational skills;
Data mindset – Leveraging data to support decision making and influencing of others;
Able to navigate change and support the markets on a journey of transformation;
Good understanding of IT systems and solutions;
Fluency in English is essential and other languages are advantageous;
Competent in using Excel, Word, PPT and other IT applications.
