Role Summary

As DeskIn expands into lifestyle, gaming, productivity, and creator verticals, partnerships are critical. This role leads global partnerships with hardware brands, software ecosystems, creators, agencies, and communities to drive co-marketing, bundles, affiliate deals, and distribution growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure partners across keyboards, GPUs, PC brands, SaaS tools, student communities, gaming groups
  • Build global partnership pipelines (US creators, JP tech brands, TW ecosystems, SEA gaming cafés, etc.)li>
  • Create scalable collaboration models (CPS, affiliate, bundle, co-content, UGC challenges)
  • Manage relationship lifecycle from outreach → negotiation → execution → reporting
  • Collaborate tightly with KOC, KOL, and Social teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 4–10 years in B2C partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or creator industries is a bonus
  • Ability to open new markets and build long-term alliances
