Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience within clinical/observational research or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, vendor management and budget-planning.
  • Strong project management skills and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Regional Scientific Operations Sub Team for operational support.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Proactively discuss with study leads and line managers about project risks.
  • Track project progress and provide updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
