Job Summary

Caesar Shipping Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Marine Logistics Customer Solution & Sales Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth in ship spare logistics and marine freight solutions. This role blends customer support with commercial responsibility—ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand our services.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines
  • Provide prompt updates and solutions for shipment delays or issues
  • Coordinate closely with logistics operations to ensure client requirements are met
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing marine customers and ship managers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and effective communication
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of key marine accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within the shipping and marine supply sector
  • Prepare and present quotations for logistics services (air, sea, courier for ship spares)
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and tenders to close deals
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with customer needs
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime, or Logistics-related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in marine logistics, freight forwarding, or maritime customer service/sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics CRM/ERP systems
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
Preferred
  • Knowledge of ship spare logistics, bonded cargo, and INCOTERMS
  • Existing network of shipping companies, technical managers, or marine suppliers
