Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience or experience in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Energetic, proactive, solution-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for Talent Acquisition & Hiring.
  • Manage work pass and immigration matters.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Provide direct support to the CEO, including travel planning.
