Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years’ experience in an agency, marketing, media, or advertising environment.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and growing client relationships.
  • Has managed 2 or more team members.
  • Understanding of social media marketing.
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills.
  • Brings self-awareness and a strong growth mindset.
  • Preferably: start-up experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-value client accounts, owning relationships and steering strategy.
  • Own strategy and campaign performance, making sure everything aligns with business goals.
  • Drive account growth and retention through annual planning and upselling.
  • Ensure the financial health of accounts by managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Mentor and develop the team, helping junior members grow.
  • Support pitching and business development to convert prospects into clients.
