Overview

As a Global Facilities Workforce Development PMO, you will work closely with all major functional organizations within Global Facilities, the world-wide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team, OCT Workforce Development (WFD) and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.

Responsibilities
  • Workforce Development: Leading Global Fac Work-Force Development (WFD) to establish and maintain Global Fac training plans, training assignment, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Frontend Technical Academy (FETA) and establishing Learning Items, quizzes, and tracking of assigned training status across Global Fac network.
  • Program Management (PMO): Leads a strategic initiative in collaboration with the OCT Workforce Development (OCTWFD) team to drive labor efficiency improvements across Global Facilities. This effort leverages AI-enabled programs — including the LP AI Accelerator and Copilot Prompt Library — to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and foster workforce readiness through intelligent operations and training solutions.
  • Knowledge Management: Supporting Global Fac Documentation to maintain Global Fac Controlled Document Library, including enforcing documentation control, publishing of ECNs notifications, and conducting Periodic Document Review (PDR).
  • Automation Skills: Taking ownership of Global Facilities systems and solutions (SharePoint, EDC, SQL Servers, MT Groups, Web Interface Design), providing automation solution, administrative support, professional guidance, and consultation advice.
  • TLP Program Management: Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Global Fac Technical Leadership Program (TLP), with a focus on the TLP Nomination Process and TLP Mentoring Program. This role ensures the identification, development, and recognition of technical talent across the organization, fostering innovation and leadership growth.
  • Business Process Enhancement: Serves as the Business Process Owner for both the Document Control Procedure and the Workforce Development Standard. Responsible for overseeing the ongoing integration of the FETA framework into the Workforce Development Standard to ensure alignment with organizational quality and training objectives.
  • Weekly Report Consolidation: Lead the collection, validation, and synthesis of weekly updates from cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates to ensure consistency and clarity. Coordinate with department leads to gather performance metrics, project updates, and strategic highlights. Ensure timely submission of consolidated reports to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrates strong program management capabilities and expresses a clear professional interest in pursuing a Program Management Office (PMO) role, with a focus on strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge and experience with Micron WFD & Doc Contro systems (Workday Training, OJTCert, EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
  • Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organizational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs.
  • Knowledge and experience with Micron systems (EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills, to drive progress to plan and to get management support and buy-in for complex projects/programs.
  • Strong teammate to effectively collaborate with multi-functional organizations and proven track record, interpersonal, and customer service skill to comfortably work across boundaries and geographies.
  • Professional, organized, meticulous, strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Able to independently complete tasks and adapt to constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent and proficient digital literacy in reporting and dashboarding software (PowerBI) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Automate, PowerApps).

Leads people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions' primary focus is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise in a specialized functional field of knowledge although they may have technical team members.
