This role offers exposure across Asia Pacific, significant responsibility in building a critical part of our service offering, and the opportunity to be part of our fast‑growing IE business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with IE coverage bankers, Credit Risk and Legal on all aspects of the venture debt portfolio
  • Understand and monitor the venture lending market across Asia Pacific
  • Lead evaluation of venture debt opportunities across Asia Pacific, including structuring our debt facilities to mitigate risk
  • Lead discussion of structural components of our debt facilities, including terms and covenants, with clients, Credit Risk and other internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with global counterparts on relevant transactions and solutions for complex transaction issues
  • Drive the overall transaction execution process, including legal documentation
  • Monitor and analyze our venture lending portfolio to derive actionable insights
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience at a major global bank or a private debt investment fund in a structuring, execution or credit risk role
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Experience in evaluating and structuring credit products, especially for pre‑profitable technology companies
