A leading scientific solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Global BPO Accounts Payable Manager. In this role, you will manage BPO vendor relationships and oversee Accounts Payable delivery across global operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in finance and over five years of relevant BPO management experience. You will ensure service excellence, working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to implement effective solutions and improve process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing BPOs in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of integration of AP technologies with ERP systems.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage BPO vendor relationships supporting Finance operations.
• Monitor and manage AP delivery from BPO centers worldwide.
• Collaborate with Operations team to resolve Accounts Payable issues.
