• Develop and execute business growth strategies - Lead the project management (PM) of data business related to insurance


• Drive expansion of existing data businesses to improve profitability


• Promote new data business - Lead negotiations and manage relationships with our clients, project management, new proposals etc


• Strategic planning related to automobile insurance and other fields in Southeast Asia


• Research, planning, and client approach for new businesses


• Report to executive management (include Japan HQ) and support strategic decision-making

Job Requirements

• Over 15 years experience in insurance industry


• Experienced in the operation and sales of insurance


• Experience working with insurance related companies or insurance authorities


• Business Level of Japanese language ability (equivalent to JLPT N1) is required for this position, as it involves frequent communication with our clients, other Japanese colleagues as well as our Japan Headquarter
