Job Summary

Oversee overall business operations of Bomul Samgyetang, including finance, administration, and daily operational management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate service quality across all outlets
  • Manage budgeting processes, implement cost control measures, and monitor financial performance to achieve business targets
  • Supervise and mentor outlet managers and administrative teams to ensure consistent, smooth daily operations and high team performance
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements from MOM, IRAS, NEA, and other relevant authorities to maintain operational legality and standards
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to support business needs and operational goals
  • Review and refine internal policies, procedures, and reporting systems to optimize operational workflows and decision‑making accuracy
  • Support senior management in business planning, expansion initiatives, and operational decision‑making through data‑driven insights and recommendations
