What You’ll Do

The role is responsible for supporting effective communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and Japan Headquarters through accurate English–Japanese translation and interpretation, while ensuring compliance with company standards and general affairs requirements. It provides administrative and coordination support for internal approval processes, reporting, business travel arrangements, and corporate documentation, as well as liaising with Japan teams and legal counsel on legal and compliance-related matters. Working closely with cross-functional departments, the role contributes to the smooth execution of daily operations, monitors documentation and cost-related procedures, and supports ad-hoc tasks to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

  • Translation and interpretation between English and Japanese languages
  • Maintain effective communication between internal parties and Japan Headquarter
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s standards and requirements in the area of general affairs - Assist in preparing and consolidating regular reports for management and Japan Headquarter review
  • Assist in internal approval processes
  • Assist in business trip arrangements
  • Provide administrative support on internal approval documents and other corporate documents
  • Liaise with the Japan team & legal counsel on matters related to legality issue
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between local departments, including Accounting, HR, QA, Merchandising, Store Operations, Store Development, IT, and the Japan HQ Overseas Business Support units to ensure the seamless execution of General Affairs protocols and corporate instructions.
  • Manage the internal documents and check the progress of relate procedures of the cost and expenses with headquarter
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related studies
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy
  • Japanese language proficiency at minimally JLPT N2 level or equivalent is required, as the role involves regular translation, interpretation, and written and verbal communication with Japan Headquarters.
