What You Will Do:

• Independently design and produce a complete set of animations (including 3C and combat) for realistic‑style characters and creatures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that character and creature animations achieve AAA quality in the final game.
• Work closely with relevant teams to refine and iterate on animation design guidelines, artistic direction, and production pipelines.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with solid animation design skills and strong hand‑key animation capability.
• Extensive experience in realistic‑style animation or film‑related design; experience in AAA game development is a plus.
• Strong design and learning abilities, with a keen eye for animation performance in top‑tier AAA games.
• Solid understanding of dynamic anatomy and experience in creating well‑constructed poses.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine; experience with animation‑related engine tools or technical workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.
• Experience in motion capture and actor performance direction is preferred.
