Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong combination of game design thinking and advanced probability and mathematical modeling expertise to join our team as a Game Designer / Chief Mathematician. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design of mathematical models for Slots and Casual Games, including RTP frameworks, volatility structures, and core gameplay mechanics.

The position works closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to develop game products with long‑term sustainability and competitive value.
