Job description

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive data analysis for core game products.
• From business and product perspectives, leverage data to identify game issues and bottlenecks, deliver actionable insights, and drive game optimization initiatives.
• Track the progress of A/B experiments, ensure the reliability and validity of experiment results, and provide targeted recommendations for product iteration.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to analyze user behavior data, optimize the user lifecycle funnel, and achieve user growth targets.
• Institutionalize analytical frameworks and methodologies, and deliver analysis templates or requirements for data products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Communications Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in full-spectrum SQL skills, especially window functions; ability to apply common machine learning algorithms in Python/R to solve modeling problems.
• Solid foundation in statistics, with a clear understanding of the application of statistical methods in A/B experiments.
• Exceptional self-motivation, self-learning capability, logical thinking, and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Passion for games and data analysis work; strong data sensitivity and analytical insight; excellent teamwork and communication skills
