We are seeking a game customer service specialist based in Singapore to support our global user communities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support and technical or game issue resolution via email, chat and other online social media platforms. (Google play, Apple store,Steam community and comments,Facebook main page,Discord ,Twitter(X),Youtube,Email etc )
  • Identify player’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Ensuring customer’s queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution and ensuring that all responses are provided with excellent attention to detail, care and professionalism.
  • Working with game operation team closely and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above in any field.
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in English ,Chinese. And using google translating tool to help our customers in other languages.
  • Possess customer-focused mindset , love to play our games and well know the game content.
  • At least one year customer service or relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in internet, main social media, foxmail, Word and Excel.
