As a Future Leader Trainee, you will:

• Teach & Inspire: Deliver engaging primary-level Math or Science classes while ensuring academic excellence.
• Drive Business Growth: Play a key role in student recruitment and business expansion—develop strategies, engage parents, and help grow our student base.
• Lead & Innovate: Gain hands-on experience in marketing and curriculum design to become a future leader in EdTech.

What You’ll Do:

1. Teaching & Academic Excellence

• Conduct high-quality Math/Science lessons for primary students.
• Track student progress, provide feedback, and build strong relationships with parents.

2. Business Growth & Student Recruitment

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new students (online/offline outreach, community engagement, and partnerships).
• Analyze market trends and optimize conversion strategies to drive enrollment.
• Represent Think Academy at education fairs, school events, and parent workshops.

3. Leadership & Innovation

• Contribute to curriculum development based on Singapore’s education system.
• Lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and propose business growth initiatives.
