Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Finance Management professional in Singapore. Responsibilities include liaising with fund administrators, overseeing financial statements, and managing office operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong communication skills. Excellent Excel proficiency is essential. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fund/accounting roles—ideally within a VC/PE fund, asset manager or fund administrator.
• Solid understanding of IFRS/SFRS(I). Ideally also with understanding of fund structures, GP/LP mechanics and carried-interest models.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with fund administrator and banks on fund bank accounts.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies and vendor coordination.

Strong technical proficiency in Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Professional qualification (CA Singapore / ACCA / CPA)
