Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional work experience in banking/fund finance/private equity funds preferred.
• Strong credit, structuring, and execution skills.
• Strong exposure to Fund Finance products - subscription facilities, GP facilities, hybrid and NAVs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end deal execution: origination, structuring, credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance facilities.
• Analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions.
• Lead & develop new client pipelines.
