Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years' relevant working experience, including 4 years in overseeing group consolidation.
• Good understanding of Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis.
• Hands-on self-starter and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fund reporting or real estate investment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely periodic financial reporting for managed funds.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance reporting team.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes for finance.
• Assist in tax planning and the accounting of new investments.
