Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Overview:
The Full Stack Developer will lead the software development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in modern software development, and the ability to align development efforts with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the software development team, set priorities, manage resources, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
2. Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers, supporting the resolution of complex technical challenges.
3. Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of robust, high-quality software solutions.
4. Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure development aligns with business objectives and user requirements.
5. Stay current with industry best practices, frameworks, and technologies; share knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
6. Work cross-functionally with business and delivery teams to ensure software products and services meet internal and client expectations.
7. Report regularly to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key issues requiring attention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with strong exposure to both web and mobile platforms.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices across the full software development lifecycle.
