Job Scope:
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Create order plan and issue purchase order to group companies.
    • Master management – Maintain and ensure master cost and products are up to date.
  • Logistics Operations:
    • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all logistics activities.
    • Manage and optimize logistics processes.
    • Track and ensure shipment arrives on time.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Collaborate and communicate with other departments (e.g., Sales, external warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.
    • Address and resolve inventory discrepancies or logistics issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to Inventory Control Management – Manager.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving inventory control processes.
    • Work with Inventory Control Management – Manager to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
    • Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Min. N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in Inventory planning and management in FMCG industry.
  • Experience in handling high amount of SKU.
  • Able to work independently in resolving issues promptly within a reasonable time frame.
  • Detail oriented, results and process driven with a high level of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
