Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full Time Front Desk Crew to join our team at Pop Padel Pte. Ltd. in the Redhill Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our padel club facility.

What you'll be doing
  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with booking court times, equipment rentals and other enquiries
  3. Providing guidance and instructions to customers on the use of padel tennis equipment and facilities
  4. Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk and lobby area
  5. Handling card payments accurately
  6. Answering incoming phone calls and responding to WhatsApp enquiries
  7. Providing feedback on customer experience and suggesting improvements
  8. Supporting other team members as required
What we're looking for
  1. Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  4. Good attention to detail
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  6. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry

Hours expected
