Key Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins.
  • Manage class schedules, enrolments, and student attendance.
  • Communicate with parents regarding class updates, payments, and student progress.
  • Coordinate with tutors for class arrangements, make-up lessons, and resource needs.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic financial records.
  • Prepare and organise worksheets, printing, filing, and centre materials.
  • Oversee centre upkeep and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Assist in simple marketing tasks (posting updates, following up on leads).
  • Support exam-prep periods and centre events when needed.
