Job Description
Fulfillment Planner responsibilities include planning, managing and overseeing demand and supply commitments, as well as handling daily operations through coordination between internal support teams and customers.
Fulfilment responsibilities:
- Manage the order-to-delivery process, from order processing to shipment coordination
- To coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements
- To manage, plan, analyze and oversea demand & supply commitments
- To communicate with customers and internal teams
- To be responsible in managing customers’ accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on rawmaterials requirements, customer forecast/requirements.
- Implement new processes to support the changing needs of the company
- Manage product configurations and BOMs with JO database
- To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics
- Analyze supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potentialissues
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve any fulfillment-related concerns
- Perform other assigned duties
What we're looking for:
- Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma, fresh graduate encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS office – Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
