Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and management of the frontend team for Global E-Commerce Governance Service in the Singapore office.
• Lead and optimize the construction of regional Global E-Commerce governance operations.
• Proactively drive product improvements across various dimensions including technology, user experience, and product functionality.
• Develop the team’s technical roadmap, maintain cutting-edge frontend technologies, and provide technical guidance.
• Manage daily team operations, ensure smooth project progress, and support talent development.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
• At least 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
• Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in web frontend development.
• Solid understanding of mainstream frontend frameworks (such as React or Vue), with in-depth experience in at least one of them.
• Hands-on experience in developing high-performance, highly available, and user-friendly web applications.
• Strong capabilities in system design, engineering practices, and technical planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, Golang, or PHP), with experience in backend development.
• Pursues excellence and perfection, with a strong ability to analyze and extract the essence of problems.
• Passionate about web development and new technologies, with a track record or ambition to build outstanding products.
