Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a client‑centric Analyst, Platforms and Market Data Management to support front‑office trading platforms and manage market data services within an asset management environment. The role involves close collaboration with investment teams, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth platform operations, compliance, and high service quality.

Mandatory Skill‑set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Must have 2 years of experience as an analyst; asset management domain experience is highly desirable;
• Must have experience in Bloomberg Asset & Investment Manager (AIM) as a system administrator and product specialist;
• Experience supporting market data platforms such as FactSet;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to document processes and engage effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams;
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a service‑oriented approach.

Desired Skill‑set

• Exposure to asset management / buy‑side processes;
• Experience with FactSet or other market data platform exposure;
• Exposure to market data feed and license management.

Responsibilities

• Provide front‑office BAU support for Bloomberg AIM and other investment platforms such as FactSet;
• Perform daily system checks, incident management, and support audits to ensure platform stability and compliance;
• Gather and analyze business requirements from investment, trading, and operations teams and translate them into functional specifications;
• Manage market data subscriptions, user licenses, and vendor contracts;
• Coordinate with vendors to track issues, manage change requests, and ensure timely resolution.
