FSA Holdings Pte Ltd is a dynamic sports facilities and programs company specialising in pickleball and padel tennis. We run modern courts, coaching programs, leagues, tournaments, and social events, creating a welcoming space for players of all ages and skill levels.

We’re growing fast and are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Staff to be the friendly face of our facilities.

The Role

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—creating a positive, energetic experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while building strong relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Check in players, manage bookings, and assist with enquiries
  • Handle payments, memberships, and retail sales
  • Support court operations and program schedules
  • Assist during events, leagues, and tournaments
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house area
  • Promote programs, coaching, and upcoming events
What We’re Looking For
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sport is an advantage (but not required)
  • Interest in sport—pickleball or padel experience is a bonus!
