Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering efficient front desk coverage and administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and a professional experience for guests, staff, and management.
- Manage reception duties including guest greetings, phone calls, inquiries, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain front desk and office areas in a neat, professional manner, including meeting room setups and AV coordination.
- Handle office logistics such as mail, courier services, stationery, pantry supplies, corporate gifts, and seasonal arrangements.
- Provide support for meetings, events, and management needs, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication updates.
- Assist senior management and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- GCE “O” Level & above.
- At least 3 years’ experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage tasks independently as well as in a team.
- Professional, mature, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Salary: $3,000 to $3,800
