Job summary

A logistics company located in Singapore is seeking candidates to manage shipment planning and ensure accurate documentation. Responsibilities include monitoring incoming shipments, liaising with vendors, and assisting in customs clearance. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams on shipment planning and documentation.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate to support smooth customer deliveries.
• Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on pre-alerts in a timely manner.
• Liaise with vendors and transport partners to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Assist in special projects and provide operational support when required.
• Work closely with warehouse partners and transporters to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
