Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • To be responsible with day‑to‑day shipping, logistics, and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, transporters, and operations team to manage sea and air import and export shipments.
  • Responsible to update customers on shipment status and address customer enquiries on shipment movement and arrangement.
  • Collect and forward required clearing and shipping documentation in a timely manner.
  • Manage shipping paperwork and documentation including import/exportôm documents, BL, and permit declarations.
  • Monitor and track shipment status until release/delivery to customer in good condition.
  • Handle inquiries and bookings via phone remarked by email, and provide customer quotations.
  • Data entry, filing, Passive & procedural keeping: shipment schedules, quotes, invoices, etc.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in Marine Shipping / Logistics within the freight forwarder industry Dul.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and negotiations diplomatically.
  • Basic understanding of international trade, shipping regulations, and documentation.
  • Capable of problem‑solving and providing timely resolution to customer issues.
  • Well‑versed with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and system software.
  • Customer‑oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with good initiative, a can‑do attitude, and a responsible approach.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Good command of English for both oral and written communication.
