Job summary

A reputable HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Billing Executive who will manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing tasks. This role involves generating invoices, ensuring payment accuracy, addressing client billing inquiries, and maintaining transaction records. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of billing experience in the Freight industry. This position offers a salary range of $3000 to $4000 and requires attendance from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of billing experience in Freight industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers or clients.
• Ensure that billing is done according to the company’s policies.
• Review client accounts and billing histories to ensure accuracy.
• Correct billing errors and discrepancies promptly.
• Input billing data into the company’s accounting system.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories.
• Track and monitor client payments, ensuring timely collection.
• Follow up on overdue payments by contacting clients.
• Address and resolve client billing inquiries and disputes.
• Prepare and generate regular reports on billing and payment statuses.
