About the role

As a Franchise Operations Trainer at Paris Baguette Singapore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of our franchise locations. You will be responsible for training and supporting our franchisees and their teams in the overseas countries to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our high standards of food quality and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing franchisees, covering all aspects of operations, including food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and reporting
  • Provide on-site support and coaching to franchisees and their staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their operations
  • Monitor franchisee performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the franchisor team to identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and new initiatives
  • Maintain detailed records of all training activities and franchisee performance metrics
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Franchise Operations Trainer or TTT experience, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Excellent knowledge of franchise operations, including best practices in training, customer service, and operational efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach individuals and teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using various training and reporting tools
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
