A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive to manage franchisee relationships and support new store launches. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or a related field, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to travel as needed. This role involves monitoring franchise performance, providing training, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong business sense with excellent interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and handling diverse tasks.
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
• Ideally has 2 years of experience in franchise markets, especially in F&B.
• Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor franchise market performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees through supportive communication.
• Support new store launches with training and guidance.
• Manage and update training tools and franchisee resources.
• Collaborate with Finance for timely billing and collections.
