Qualifications

• Significant finance leadership experience, ideally in venture-backed or multi-country organizations.
• Qualified accountant (CA or equivalent) with strong strategic finance experience.
• Track record in investor relations, fundraising, and board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance and strategic planning.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial summaries and cash-flow projections.
• Partner on financial modeling, due diligence, and investor materials for financing rounds.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management across multi-country operations.
• Coach and oversee Finance Managers in Africa and India.
