Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an FP&A Analyst/AM to drive analyses and business partnering across the APAC region. You will build financial models and prepare management reports to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability. The ideal candidate will have a degree, 3+ years in a Big 4 firm, and expertise in data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau. This role promotes a hybrid working arrangement with 4 days in office and 1 day from home.

About the Company

Long standing history and strong global operations, this company has been growing aggressively organically and through acquisitions. Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for a high calibre FP&A Analyst/AM.

About the Job

This is entity level FP&A (APAC regions) whereby you will do the analysis + business partnering with internal and external stakeholders. You will be close to the business and together with the team of FP&A analysts, you will endeavour to derive meaningful insights by thoroughly analysing reports so that the business's resources can be better allocated to improve profitability. You will also build financial models and prepare management reports for forecast to provide solutions to aid in the growth of business. You will also be involved in improving internal controls with the implementation of world class technology. The company is very tech savvy and you will have the opportunity to use visualisation dashboards, systems, and be a part of projects that will drive automation and efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required

You should ideally be Degree qualified from a reputable university and possess at least 3 years of working experience currently/previously in a Big 4 firm as an External Auditor. You must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. Should you possess any form of data analytical skills such as SQL, Python, Anaplan, or even used dashboards like Tableau and Power BI, you will have an edge above others.

  • Company's working arrangement : 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
