Wine Connection owns and operates the largest chain of wine retail shops and full-service wine-themed restaurants in Thailand and Singapore. We are the exclusive importer of 300+ labels of wines from around the world, craft beers, glassware and related accessories, as well as selected delicatessen products.

Since our inception in 1998, Wine Connection has steadily grown the number of wine retail shops and diversified into the full-service restaurant business by introducing the integrated retail wine shop – restaurant concept, becoming the leader in Asia with over 100 outlets to date, and counting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, rolling outlooks, and relevant cash flow projections.
• Prepare monthly management reports and explain variances against budget and prior periods.
• Analyse key performance drivers including sales, margins, OPEX, and store-level performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Partner Operations and Corporate teams to support decision-making and business initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models and business cases for new stores, promotions, pricing, and cost optimisation.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment between management reporting and accounting results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, audit, or management reporting.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, practical insights.
• Confident communicator able to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, F&B, or FMCG, is an advantage.
