A retail company in Singapore is looking for a high-energy Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a motivated retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire our retail team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across our Singapore locations.
5-6 day work week.
AM Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Includes weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational basis.
Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.
Drive the team to achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets and KPIs.
Oversee daily staff scheduling and roster management to ensure adequate floor coverage at all times.
Train, mentor, and coach retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
Process sales accurately using POS systems, handling cash and digital transactions according to company policy.
Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, regular cycle counts, and minimizing stock shrinkage.
Lead visual merchandising efforts to ensure footwear displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor and report on store performance, providing feedback to management on trends and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including daily sales reconciliation.
Ensure strict adherence to company safety and sanitation protocols.
Prior experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
Strong leadership qualities with a track record of building successful teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic retail reporting.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
