Job description

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Stall Assistant to support the daily operations of our Yuan Ji Cloud Dumplings (袁记云饺) food stall. This position is suitable for individuals with passion for F&B and can work in a fast-paced food court environment.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Customer Service

• Prepare, pack, and serve dumplings, noodles, and beverages.
• Handle cashiering, POS system, and customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the stall, preparation area, and dining area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with stock refill, ingredient preparation, and simple cooking tasks.
• Provide friendly service and handle customer enquiries.

Kitchen Support

• Assist in ingredient preparation (washing, cutting, portioning).
• Ensure daily mise-en-place is ready before opening.
• Support the dumpling makers and supervisor when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• No experience required — training will be provided.
• Able to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, punctual, willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of hygiene (food hygiene cert is an advantage).
• Able to communicate in simple English or Mandarin.
