Key Responsibilities

  • Overall accountability for the day-to-day operations and performance of the food court, including all related operational activities.

  • Full responsibility for outlet Profit & Loss (P&L), with the implementation of effective cost-control measures.

  • Manage outlet budgets and financial forecasts to meet or exceed management targets.

  • Drive revenue growth and customer traffic while maintaining strict cost control to maximize overall profitability.

  • Monitor and continuously improve outlet performance through regular cost analysis and operational process reviews.

  • Ensure high standards of food safety, operational safety, and cleanliness to provide a safe and comfortable environment for customers.

  • Lead and optimize outlet operations in alignment with the organization’s service culture to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Manage manpower planning, including staff scheduling and leave administration, to ensure optimal labor utilization.

  • Participate actively in recruitment by identifying, interviewing, and selecting candidates for junior positions.

  • Provide staff coaching and counseling, and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions to management when necessary, including termination of employment.

  • Manage, supervise, and develop supervisors and service staff to ensure efficient deployment of manpower.

  • Oversee all outlet administrative and reporting duties.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director, Operations.
