Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore is seeking a professional to develop and implement strategies for Modern Trade customers. This role involves managing negotiations, conducting business reviews, and driving product penetration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Sales/Marketing and at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG/Modern Trade industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are required. Opportunities for future candidates will also be kept in mind.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales / Marketing or related field with at least 2 years working in FMCG / Modern Trade industry.
  • Good understanding of supplier and customer relationship management.
  • Able to perform VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions for efficient data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes and strategies for assigned Modern Trade customers.
  • Drive Joint Business Planning and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
  • Manage negotiations to facilitate sales agreements with assigned Modern Trade customers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare reports to provide feedback.
  • Manage and monitor execution performance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop deep insights and actionable recommendations through analyses.
  • Manage sales reporting and forecast submissions including trends evaluation.
  • Develop and recommend improvement initiatives related to business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for business plan execution.
  • Drive product penetration and promotional activities including new product launches.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on new product listings.
