• Assist in visual merchandising with the Retail Manager.
• Manage procurement and restocking of merchandise.
• Support the Marketing Team with floral styling.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and purchases.

Job description

Front-End Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, share information on ongoing in-house promotions, and encourage sign-ups for our membership program.
• Attend online/walk in retail-related enquiries and direct other queries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retail area and glasshouse.
• Work with the Retail Manager on visual merchandising, including floral window displays and retail setups.

Back-End Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement and restocking of non-floral items, including branded merchandise, packaging, and vases.
• Assist with Floral Conditioning 2x a week.
• Support the Marketing Team by providing floral styling for photoshoots and assisting with coordination for floral-related events.
• Perform administrative tasks, including tracking sales and purchases.
