Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of all Fleet Operations.
• To execute fleet management and administration functions to optimise fleet usages and movements.
• Responsible for running daily operations.
• To continuously drive for operational improvement and efficiency, constantly looking for cost reduction and efficiency in all areas of fleet operations.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with other departments.
• Manage company's fleet of trucks and delivery/operations personnel team.
• Manage company's vehicle purchase, sales agreements and vehicle registration administrative processes.
• Ensure vehicles are constantly maintained in peak operating conditions.
• Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of fleet management or transport industry experience.
