Responsibilities

• Perform accurate compounding of flavor according to formula.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures when handling raw materials and chemicals.
• Pack, label and prepare sample for QC and outgoing.
• Coordinate with the Flavorist and Quality Control Department to ensure samples meet standards.
• Monitor, review and replenish raw materials when inventory is low.
• Ensure raw materials are stored correctly for quality and safety.
• Review and ensure optimal inventory level of library flavors.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a clean working environment.
• Clean lab equipment and wash glassware after use.
• Carry out any additional job-related duties as assigned.
