Key Responsibilities
Sales, Marketing & Digital Marketing
  • Supportsales and marketing activitiesto drive lead generation, enquiries, and brand awareness
  • Manage, update, and maintain keydigital marketing platforms, including:
    • Company website (WordPress)
    • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
    • EDMs, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Assist withcontent creation, including basic graphic design, short-form video editing, captions, and marketing collaterals
  • Support marketing coordination forlead tracking, follow-ups, and customer enquiries
  • Assist in planning, organising, and coordinatingevents, workshops, seminars, and client engagement activities
Administration, Customer Service & Client Experience
  • Providesecretarial and administrative support to Directors, including scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and meeting coordination
  • Handle day-to-dayadministrative support, office coordination, and documentation
  • Manage client databases, CRM records, and ensure proper data accuracy and record keeping
  • Prepare and generatebasic operational, marketing, and client service reports
  • Deliverprofessional, concierge-level customer service, including:
    • Handling client enquiries and requests promptly
    • Coordinating appointments, schedules, and follow-ups
    • Anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Support operations and management withad hoc administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
Skills & Technical Competencies
  • Diploma or higher qualification from arecognised tertiary institution in Singapore
  • Competent inMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiar withCanva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design and video tools
  • Working knowledge ofWordPressand social media management platforms
  • Knowledge ofGoogle Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and email marketing platforms
  • Understanding ofsocial media algorithms, content strategy, and basic digital marketing principles
  • General knowledge or working experience usingAI tools for content creation, copywriting, marketing, or administrative efficiencywill be an advantage
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, media tools, and marketing software
