A leading Asian bank in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role within the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre (WORC). This position involves leading the development of automation testing frameworks, collaborating with project teams, and providing mentorship to automation engineers. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience with automation tools specifically in the banking industry, along with strong knowledge of Python and GenAI tools. The incumbent will be part of the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre (WORC), responsible for effective implementation of Technology changes, reviewing Requirements from End-User perspective, and ensure implementation through effective Testing, Training and Documentation.
You will lead the transformation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) into a continuous and efficient end to end quality engineering function through use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve productivity, controls, accuracy, and execution velocity.
